1. Commitment to French
In accordance with the Charter of the French Language (Law 96), Arobas Personnel is committed to providing its services in French. French is the official language of communication, work, and service within our organization in Quebec.
2. Website and Communications
Our website is available in French and English, with French as the primary version. All our communications (emails, job postings, contracts) are written in French. English versions are provided as a convenience for our clientele outside Quebec.
3. Recruitment Services
Our recruitment services in Quebec are offered in French. Job postings for positions in Quebec are published in French. Specific language requirements for a position are clearly indicated in each posting.
4. Rights of Candidates and Clients
Every candidate and client has the right to be served in French. Interviews, assessments, and all stages of the recruitment process are available in French.
5. Offices Outside Quebec
Our offices located outside Quebec (Orlando, Paris) communicate in the language appropriate to their local market, while offering services in French upon request.
